DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Bernardino
They gave away my room, charged me for another room and hid for five days so they couldn’t get my refund. Also had talk to a front desk a day prior to check in and still gave away my room, More likely will have to talk to a lawyer

Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa
Check in was 5 p.m., not 4 p.m., due to computers down. Was given handicap room, but did NOT request. Paid for view, but had to overlook a non functioning jacuzzi with dirty sand bags, construction fence with fake ivy, etc. which blocked much of our view. Property is poorly maintained.
